The Summer House is located a beautiful 35 minute drive from Lexington. You'll head north on Broadway, pass through historic Paris, until you come to Millersburg. The scenic drive past lovely stone fences of the past and lush green pastures deep in the heart of Bourbon County horse country will bring ooohs and aaaahs from your guests. They'll leave the world behind as they pass through the black gates to enjoy your event at The Summer House Venue. Every event here is memorable and enjoyed by every guest.

Our event coordinator is available to help you stylize your event and allow you to live in the moment. Our extensive inventory of props will help create the atmosphere you desire whether one of many Vintage styles like elegance of the softness of Shabby Chic, an over-the-top elegance, or a fun rustic event.
